3. Get Featured

After submitting, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If approved, your business or event will be added to our directory. You might even be highlighted in a blog post or on our social media pages!

What does it cost to be featured?

Nothing! Getting listed in our directory or highlighted in a blog post or on social media is completely free. There are no hidden fees or obligations — this is about supporting the Dowagiac and Sister Lakes community.

How will I know if I’m approved?

After submitting your information, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If your submission is approved, we’ll send you another email letting you know your feature is live. This email will include a link to your listing so you can share it with your network.

Can I submit more than one business or event?

Yes! If you have multiple businesses or events to promote, feel free to submit them individually. Each submission will be reviewed to ensure it meets the requirements.

Why was my submission denied?

Submissions may be denied if they are inappropriate, irrelevant to the Dowagiac or Sister Lakes community, or do not align with the mission of this blog.
